All products purchased from StoveGapCover are eligible for return within 30 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with the returned item to facilitate processing.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear or damage may not be eligible for a refund. It is recommended that customers take care when repackaging items to avoid any damage during transit.
Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the return is approved. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
In the case of defective products, customers must report the issue within 14 days of delivery. We will provide instructions for returning the defective item and will cover the return shipping costs. Once the defective item is received and verified, a replacement will be sent or a full refund will be issued, based on the customer's preference.
